Rules and Intel.
1. The directions of marshals are to be followed at all
times.
2. Any player may be selected to act as a marshal by a
senior marshal. This is usually in order to enhance play
by acting in a plot specific role.
3. No player may act as a marshal or don a fluorescent
jacket unless they are invited to do so by a senior
marshal.
4. A disclaimer must be signed by each player, prior to
the start of play.
5. Approved eye protection must be worn at all times
during game play, unless the player is located in a
designated safe area. SW Wargames recommend Full Face
protection when playing airsoft and cannot be
responsible for any injury sustained to the face if that
player elects to wear goggles only.
6. All Airsoft guns must have their magazines removed,
change lever set to single shot, safety catch on safe,
when moving into a safe area.
7. You may use chairs, tables, as a barricade, but not
to block doorways, or windows. Climbing on building
roofs is forbidden.
8. Care must be taken during movement around the site,
crawling and climbing over walls, look before you leap!
9. Pyrotechnics may be used, although no homemade Pyro
will be allowed. Pyros's are not to be thrown back, they
can be very hot and may burn! Pyros will be
available to purchase from TLSFX. Other Pyrotechnics
will be considered but must be authorised by a senior
Marshal prior to the event.
10. Power Limits. All Airsoft guns used by players
which are capable of fully automatic fire are subject to
a maximum power limit of 350 fps with a 0.2gm bb.
Single shot rifles may be 500 fps with a 0.2gm bb.
11. Any player infringing the rules will be subject to
either a warning or exclusion. Warnings may be given by
marshals and will later be confirmed by a senior
marshal. Any player repeating an offence
will be subject to exclusion. Exclusion can only be
instigated by a senior marshal,
12. Personal honour, all players are required to take
hits fairly. Any issues in relation to this are to be
directed at the marshals, not at the other player!
13. When eliminated from a game a player should visibly
and verbally acknowledge the hit and vacate to a safe
area. (Unless game rules specify otherwise)
14. No physical violence is permitted.
15. Any disputes are to be directed through a Marshall.
16. Airsoft guns are not to be discharged at animals at
any time.
17. No fires are allowed onsite without the express
permission of the site management team.
18. Any player taking action which is deemed as harmful
to other players, personal equipment or to the spirit of
the game will be subject to the discipline rules noted
above.
19. On the call of ENDEX or the sound of the AIR HORN
all play is to cease, Magazines removed, two shots are
to be fired in a safe direction and safety catches are
to be applied
